At SNS Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
